Do you ship Worldwide?
NO, our main market is Europe, and sometimes we open exceptions for countries in Asia and Oceania. But we advise you to get acquainted with your country drug laws, we take no responsibility and assume no liability.
We will no longer be sending products to the United States (US) due to the new domestic legislation (STOP Act) that makes it impossible for us to send the Orders anonymously.
How much is the shipping?

Can I pay with Paypal?
NO, we don’t accept Paypal, Credit Cards, or Wire Transfers, at the moment we can only accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
Is my package shipped discreetly?
Yes. We discreetly ship all our orders in odor and X-ray proof double vacuum sealed packaging inside Unmarked Padded Envelope with no indication of what is inside to be more discrete as possible.
How do I know that my order will be delivered?
All orders are shipped by default in prepaid envelopes (NO Tracking)
If you want tracking number you need to choose (Shipping With Tracking Number) Europe Union *Countries in Schengen Area only €10.00, this option might take longer to send.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
If you want/need a Tracking Number you need to choose (Shipping With Tracking Number) Europe Union *Countries in Schengen Area only (€10.00)
Do you issue refunds or exchanges?
Buy default NO if is Free Shipping, due to the nature of our products and business model we don’t issue refunds or exchanges.
If you choose (Shipping With Tracking Number) we will investigate the tracking data associated with your package. In the event the tracking data shows your order as lost/stolen – we will provide a replacement free of charge.
Once you place an order we assume that you agree with this policy.
Are you legit/SCAM?
There is only so much Discreet Sale can do to prove our legitimacy with this business model. If by legit, you mean if we send the products if you buy them, the answer is YES.
But if you mean if the products are legal or if is legal to send or receive them at home, then is no, is forbidden to buy, sell and ship this kind of products, doesn’t matter where you are.
We just do it very discreetly and stealth as possible.
How likely is it for a package to get seized, while on route?
Very unlikely, at any given day there are thousands of packages getting delivered, ours is just one more, there is no reason to suspect otherwise, it would have to be a random inspection to the package.
The way our products are package with our new bags make them odor and x-ray prof.
My packaged never arrived… what now?
We Assume no responsibility for lost orders due to:
– mistakes made by the postal offices
– wrong address given by the customer
– damage or loss of packages by postal service
– stolen packages after delivery
– seized packages by customs or authorities
(We only guaranty that it was processed and shipped).

How long will my package take to arrive?
Typically packages will arrive at:
– European Countries within 4-8 business days
– Asia and Oceania within 8-20 days advertised in the Shipping Company Website the reality is 22-30 days and some cases up to 45 days.
– Rest of the World within 10-30 days
Please keep in mind that we have no control over packages once they leave our possession and are in the custody of our Carrier. Please be patient as we cannot affect the time that shipping takes and be confident that your package will arrive as swiftly as possible.– This predictions is for normal circumstances only, with the special circumstances or festivities extra delays may occur.
